    Problem with credits?!

    So Hexaphobix donated and didn't receive any credits so this is his message:
    I donated 3 days ago. I still did not receive my credits. It says maximum 24 hours. If I do not receive my credits I am gonna have to ask for a refund so please help me.

    He's talked to me at least 4 times including his brother about his donation. I've told him as well as his brother if the donation page doesn't show you've transferred credits there is nothing I can do sadly. I've directed him towards @MachetePanda, but as we know he's away.

    I would love to help Hex with this situation, but I cannot.

    This is weird because I asked him personally if he transferred the credits he said "no I don't have any credits."

    I think what he did was do the "donate any amount" button, which doesnt go through vBulletins built in subscription system. That system automatically applys credits. Just in case anyone in this thread comes across this again.

    It sounds like it was sorted out from the PM I just got. Please email/PM me right away, if this is not sorted out.
    @xSocK can you please check with him that he is all good now? PM me. Judging from Goshawks email that you received too, it looks like we are good?

    Ugh... holiday weekends are always chaotic.

    but yeah I am glad that he was able to receive his points, he contacted me several times. And I did what I could for him as to contacting someone of higher authority.
    but other than that I couldn't do much so I just assured him it'd be taken care of asap.
